| Taylor Wimpey are making noises that they have now successfully arranged re-financing! They are threatening to transfer over (within 2 days!!) to Trinity outstanding monies due to this Community and to finish outstanding works so the rest of the development can be handed over into management. I will get an update on the situation before our meeting on 16TH!! | |
