Colin,
I have this afternoon had the meeting with Roy Taylor and Beryl Foote who are going to manage the remedial works.
I am going to meet with Roy and Beryl on site next week (day TBC) to go through all of the works that are required.
Roy and Beryl will then arrange meetings with contractors that they have an ongoing relationship to carry out all of the works and agree timescales for completion.
I will update you further next week immediately after the meeting. Following the meeting Roy and Beryl will be the main point of contact and I will pass on your details to them so they can make contact with you.
