Marc/Colin,
I am meeting with Beryl Foote and Roy Taylor on site on Tuesday 1st December.
Following the meeting Beryl and Roy will be in a position to organise contractors to commence the remedial works.
Once the contractors are in place and are fully aware of the works required they will be in a position to give timescales to complete the works.
I will meet Beryl and Roy alone and they will then arrange subsequent meetings with you to discuss the works and a programme for handover.
