We are in the process of investigating the problems on site. We have had a guy on site looking at the gate entry and the bypass to the water pumps. I am waiting for his written reports but I understand that he is proposing solutions but needs to do further investigation into the feasibility of these solutions. He was going to check the roof but the weather put a stop to that.
Roy and I are consultants acting on behalf of TW. The work on site will be carried out by specialist subcontractors, the original ones where available, and Vancouver Maintenance (you'll see their white vans on site). I also usually let Dave know if anyone is going to site.
If you let me know a few days before your meetings, I'll email you an update.
