TW have agreed to clean the exterior of the buildings to remove the staining in Wilberforce Court.This work will commence shortly and be carried out by a Company called wall2wall. The work will hopefully be carried out by use of a cherry picker rather than erecting scaffold.
Exterior rendering will also be repaired as necessary. Dave Skinner has agreed to give you warning of the impending work so that you can best protect plants etc from the unavoidable mess. TW are confident that other measures including the fitment of a discrete guttering to balconies will reduce the staining in future. The estmated cost of the cleaning and guttering is in the region of £50,000 so this is a major success from our negotiations with TW. |
