Taylor Wimpey will be meeting with Trinity Estates on 4 August to discuss handover of Blocks B and C into management. HERA are invited to attend this meeting. We are preparing a detailed list of those works that remain outstanding but that TW have agreed to do and are scheduled to be done over the coming months. Whatever the conditions of takeover that are applied it is likely that all residents that currently do not pay service charges will be expected to commence doing so possibly as early as August. |
