There was an incident earlier today and residents might have seen the police cars and dogs in the grounds. There is no need to be alarmed. A couple of gypsies were spotted trying to steal the lead from the roof of one of one of our electrical relay boxes.(Little doubt the same people who stole before). They got away ( emptyhanded) but their car registration was known to police who are dealing with the incident. We will explore the idea of replacing our remaining lead roofs with less attractive alloys to prevent this happening again.! |
