All residents are reminded that a payment of £370 is due to Cluttons for the period 1 June 2010 to 30 November 2010. This amount is for the Woodland Trust and is being collected by Cluttons rather than Trinity Estates because The Trust, with HERA approval, selected Cluttons as their managing agent.
The budgeted total service charges remain the same; the only difference is that the £740 (Full annual charge for the Trust)is being redirected from Trinity to Cluttons.
