| I have just heard from TW that they are intending to leave the banks exactly as they are at present. I do not think this is acceptable. At least they should smooth and top-soil before seeding as buyers were originally advised (by Sales staff) would be done. The Sales staff have confirmed to me that they did indeed advise buyers that this work would be done! I have protested to TW! | |
