Taylor Wimpey have now finished on site! HERA has met with TW on-site at approximately fortnightly intervals since January 2010 and has successfully argued for corrective works/ improvements to be done to communal areas.A detailed report will be prepared for the AGM. This is just to let everybody know that (apart from returning in approximately 8 weeks to re-seed the moat and accompanying areas) TW consider their work at Holwood to be complete.
There are a few items where TW have offered a solution that HERA considers either inadequate or less than permanent. These items will be detailed at the AGM and are now being argued direct with TW Higher Management.
