FOR THE ATTENTION OF DAVID DUNLOP
Dear Sir,
I have written to you separately regarding the letter sent to my immediate neighbours.
Having spoken to some fellow residents I feel compelled to write further.
In my capacity as Chairman of Holwood Estate Residents Association I would advise you that your recent letters have stirred massive resentment from residents at Holwood; not towards penthouse owners as you intended, but towards yourself for the way you have chosen to deal with the issue. The fact that TW additionally incorrectly identified which apartments were effected by which penthouse beggars belief!
Perhaps you would be good enough to make your MD aware of my comments.
