| All window sills have now been coated with the appropriate white microporous paint. This paint has good protective properties but by its very nature is more perceptible to discoluration than traditional paint surfaces. It would help considerably if residents would dust their cills first and then wash with clean soapy water on a regular basis. Meantime we are investigating whether for the future there is an alternative product or application that might offer more stain resistent properties. | |
