Some very definite promises from Peter Creighton at Taylor Wimpey and also new contacts for Customer Care issues.

Dear Mr Turner
Thank you for your mail.
I did have a meeting this afternoon to discuss outstanding works with Alan Bloomfield and Mike Buckley who is the customer care manager now responsible for Holwood.
The landscaping works have now recommenced and all other agreed issues have been instructed. The issues not agreed are still to be resolved and maybe we could arrange a meeting upon your return to discuss these further.
Alan will remain involved to an extent with these issues, however for any other issues if you could now contact Mike Buckley, in the first instance through Michelle Johnston in our customer care department.
