I am sure that you are all disappointed with the lack of progress with landscaping work already agreed with TW and as reported on 31 March 2008.
Investigations have revealed that a dispute continues between the appointed contractor and TW.
I have sent the following e-mail to TW today that explains!
'Dear Peter!
I think we are not off to a very good start!
I have today chased up Landmark because none of the works you have so far instructed have been done and residents are giving me grief.
Robin at Landmark advised that he will only be doing future work for which he has a written order from TW and that no such written order has been given for the works you instructed verbally!
Would you please sort this out asap!
At the same time perhaps you would arrange to get together with Robin to agree the further work to the Moat/ Bank so that this can be got underway!
Can you please report any further progress made with other agreed issues.
