We have received a very prompt reply and apology from TW that works have not progressed further! A copy e-mail is produced below
'Dear Mr Turner
A slower start than I had hoped, however I did meet Landmark last week and agreed the scope of works for the moat, for which I am awaiting a quote. I am not happy that they have not received a written instruction regarding all the other works and I will sort that out today as |I am back in the office.
