This is the answer from Trinity regarding outstanding works here at Holwood
Dear Mr Turner
Thank you for your email.
To clarify, I have not myself advised of any meeting with TW to specifically discuss Holwood although you may have been informed by my colleagues that we were meeting with TW, this was to discuss general matters in relation to their changing circumstance.
I can however, inform you that it is anticipated that the remaining units will be handed over to Trinity on 31 October 2008, but this has not yet been confirmed. With regards to outstanding works, we are constantly chasing TW but as I am sure you will appreciate, given their current status, this is taking considerable time.
As and when we have further updates, we will of course let you know.
