It is proposed that Trinity takeover management of the remaining units here at Holwood on 31 October 2008.I am concerned that this will be the last we will hear from TW!!!!!!!! I have made it clear to Trinity that residents want the snagging done first!!!! My letter is below!

Whilst I have every sympathy for the current plight of TW this does not excuse them from their obligations. They have found time and money in the last couple of weeks to update advertising hoardings on the development to assist sales but we have seen no snagging works being done.
I welcome the fact that Trinity will adopt the estate on 31 October 2008 so that we will become one single unit, but Trinity would be ill-advised to adopt these units unless TW either do the snagging or make some commitment to pay for the snagging. Residents are getting increasingly annoyed that these repairs are not being done and I am fending off requests to start legal action against TW.
Please press for these matters to be redressed prior to 'handover'.
