I spoke at length to Neil Dyment at TW yesterday regarding residents frustration at lack of progress in finishing the outstanding works here at Holwood. He was apologetic that the many problems faced by TW over recent months had meant that Holwood had effectively been ignored.
He did accept that it was now his responsibility to finish the works and hand the development over into management.
He promised a meeting with Trinity Estates in the next 7-10 days and then a response as to how our 'snagging issues' would be resolved.
I hope this is not another empty promise!!!!
Certainly Neil Dyment is familiar with Holwood and is in communication with Landscape regarding the landscaping issues that remain outstanding. |
