02/11/2008  TW Snagging Update including 'The Bank'
I am still pestering TW incessantly to get the Development finished to our expectations! This has proved extremely frustrating with changing personnel etc. We are currently dealing with Neil Dyment who is showing willing to get things resolved although TW is in turmoil and Holwood is only one of the issues that are pressing!! I am reproducing below the latest communique from Neil Dyment! '' Steve, I have been unavailable for much of today and apologise for not being able to take you calls. In regard to lights I have today requested that Trinity Estates instruct an Electrical Contractor to carry out the works to repair/replace the defective lights to the Block A area. I have also requested that Trinity Estates obtain a quotation from the same Contractor to carry out the works to Blocks B & C. I will confirm the date when these works will be carried out ASAP. At the meeting it was agreed that Trinity Estates take responsibility for the Blocks B & C at the e/o November 2008. Trinity have agreed to replace planting to the internal areas of the Crescent as part of an ongoing maintenance program. I am myself going to arrange a meeting with Landmark Services to discuss the ‘banked’ area to the rear of the Crescent. I am hoping to have this meeting next week. I will be attending site with our Customer Service Manager next week to review the outstanding snagging items. ''
