The proposed date for Trinity adopting the balance of the estate (crescent Blocks B and C) is now set at end of November.
With Trinity then administering the Estate 100% on our behalf we can start to make improvements. (provided we are prepared to pay for them!).
All residents will have a chance to air their views and propose changes and/or improvements.
At the residents gathering we will be putting forward some proposed changes.
These will include:-
1)Improving the main entrance gate and surrounding area.
2)Improved signage both at the main entrance and elsewhere.
3)Installed seating in the Crescent centre
4) Illumination of the large fir tree on the grass area near the pumping station. (this could also be lit appropriately at xmas time).
5) Formation of a gardening group that will monitor and instruct changes/improvements to communal gardens.
