There was a visit to Holwood by representatives of Taylor Wimpey this week. Neil Dyment who had not been to Holwood for some years and Paul Caley , who had never before been to Holwood,both came.We had a discussion regarding the 'snagging list' produced by the residents association and then later a meeting with our gardeners 'Landmark' to discuss options to improve the area referred to as the bank.
Neil Dyment is going to see a representative of Bromley Council before commiting to the works that are proposed. There was however agreement that additionally landscaping is required!!!
Various other snaggings are now under further investigation.Electricians have been instructed to commence works on the exterior lighting. |
