Residents should be aware that the main gates are broken!
The experts tell us this was caused by somebody forcing the gates open although we have not yet found anybody to confirm this for certain!
Dave Skinner has been advised by the contractor that the gate is not repairable. Furthermore the size of gate is a 'custom-build' and cannot therefore be supplied from stock. There will inevitably be a delay in getting the gates repaired!!!
I understand that Trinity are making an insurance claim on our behalf! |
