Hi Jonathan,
The residents met recently and discussed the financial situation regarding Taylor Wimpey.
It is clear that they are under severe financial constraint and that their supposed commitment to resolve outstanding issues here at Holwood is dependent on their ability to achieve a re-financing package.
The residents are concerned that we position ourselves in the most advantageous position in case of the financial failure of TW.
I advised residents that Trinity had taken legal advice on the situation on behalf of developments in the same or similar situation to Holwood, but residents would like further information on specifics as they wish to consider whether we, as a Community, should ourselves seek legal advice.
